One event per year for the whole group: the transfer or a funeral in the U.S., not both. Transfer to Latin America, except Cuba and Venezuela for now.
Siempre Contigo is an assistance membership, not insurance.
Besides the transfer or the funeral, members have access during the year to:
Online medical guidance for members living in the U.S. It does not replace emergency care: for an emergency, call 911.
Online emotional support for your family, in your language.

No. Siempre Contigo is an assistance membership, not insurance. You pay once a year and, if an included family member dies, we coordinate the transfer to their home country or a funeral in the U.S., up to the amount of your plan.
Up to 4 people living in the same household in the United States, with one payment per year.
We transfer from the United States to Latin America, except Cuba and Venezuela for now. If you have questions about a specific country, an advisor will confirm it for you.
You can choose help with a U.S. funeral instead of the transfer: up to $1,000 USD with Básico, up to $1,750 USD with Plus and up to $2,500 USD with Premium.
No. Each membership includes one event per year for the whole group: the transfer or a funeral in the U.S., not both.
