Frequently asked questions
Plain answers. If something isn't here, an advisor will confirm it for you.
Is this insurance?
No. Siempre Contigo is an assistance membership, not insurance. You pay once a year and, if an included family member dies, we coordinate the transfer to their home country or a funeral in the U.S., up to the amount of your plan.
Who can be included?
Up to 4 people living in the same household in the United States, with one payment per year.
Which countries do you transfer to?
We transfer from the United States to Latin America, except Cuba and Venezuela for now. If you have questions about a specific country, an advisor will confirm it for you.
What if I need the funeral here instead?
You can choose help with a U.S. funeral instead of the transfer: up to $1,000 USD with Básico, up to $1,750 USD with Plus and up to $2,500 USD with Premium.
Can I use both the transfer and the funeral in the same year?
No. Each membership includes one event per year for the whole group: the transfer or a funeral in the U.S., not both.
How much does it cost?
Básico: $174 USD per year. Plus: $290 USD per year. Premium: $406 USD per year. It is one payment per year for up to 4 people.
How do I pay?
With a bilingual advisor, on WhatsApp or by phone. Nothing is charged on this website. As for accepted payment methods, an advisor will confirm them for you.
What else is included during the year?
Online medical guidance for members living in the U.S. It does not replace emergency care: for an emergency, call 911. Online emotional support for your family, in your language. For the details of each service, an advisor will confirm them for you.
What happens after a year?
The membership is yearly. As for how and when it renews, an advisor will confirm this for you.
When can I start using the membership?
An advisor will confirm this for you.
What do I do if a family member dies?
Call (888) 828-6008 or message us on WhatsApp. An advisor tells you which documents to have ready, and we coordinate the transfer or the funeral.
Will I be helped in Spanish?
Yes. Our advisors are bilingual and can help you in Spanish or English, whichever you prefer.
